What’s On?

GOD IS GOOD

Sunday Services

Every Sunday morning we get to gather as a family online and in person at 10am for our Sunday Services! We strive to create an atmosphere of freedom where anyone can come and worship with us as part of the family. As well as powerful worship we aim to impart the truth into those that attend our services by teaching Bible based and challenging sermons that have an aim to make a difference. Kids Church

‘World Changers’ Kids Church is for children aged 4-10. Our kids church runs every Sunday morning during the main service. It is designed to encourage and inspire children with the message of Jesus so as they grow older they can begin to pursue a relationship with God that will last forever.

Youth Bible Study

Every Sunday during the main service our young people (11-16 yrs) have their own study/meeting with our youth leaders. The leaders teach relevant and uplifting messages designed to encourage young people to live a life of passion for God and His people.

The Food Hub

The Food Hub team set up outside the steps of the Church every Monday night at 5.30pm with home cooked warm food, clothes, bibles and groceries to take away if needed/wanted. They have a heart and calling for individuals and families within our city in need and are ready to serve.

Midweek Meeting

Our Midweek Meeting is every Tuesday evening in person and online. Everybody is welcome to join as we gather to fellowship, worship, hear a word and pray. This meeting is specifically aimed towards those who want and desire to go deeper. The meeting starts at 7:30pm.

Student Sessions

Student Sessions is a student life group every Wednesday at 7pm. It’s an awesome opportunity for students to read the word, encounter God and connect with people who are in the same boat as them. We also provide a free home cooked meal for everyone who attends so be sure you don’t miss out…

Upper Room Prayer

Every Wednesday at 7.30pm we gather in the Church’s Upper Room to pray. This meeting is for anyone who desires to gather together and seek God through prayer. Every week we meet in person to pray for our church, our city and our nation. We believe prayer changes everything. All welcome.

We intend to have a time of fellowship after the service with free hot cross buns, cakes, chocolate and of course every child will receive a free Easter egg.

Watoto Children’s Choir

Watoto Children’s Choir will be with us for their ‘Better Days Tour’ on the evening of Friday 31st May (time to be confirmed). The event is completely FREE to attend and there is no need to sign up beforehand. Read on to find out more about the great work Watato do and check out the links below. We’ll see you there!

‘A Watoto village is a safe place where orphaned and vulnerable children can truly experience the love of a family. Our villages provide homes, families and holistic care to over 3,000 children who receive everything they need to grow up healthy and whole—food, clothing, medical care, education and most of all the love of a mother. – Over there past 25 years, we’ve sent out more than 100 choirs from our villages around the world. – During that time, our choirs have met Her Majesty the Queen, performed for the President of the United States and visited almost every major parliament in the world. Yet, as remarkable as those moments have been, we cherish the times we’ve met ordinary people in their moment of pain and been able to see firsthand how Jesus heals. – Join the Watoto Children’s Choir for a powerful time of worship as the children bring the sounds of Africa to you and share their personal stories of hope. We believe your life will be changed as you see firsthand the power of God’s love transforming lives around the world.’
