Cleaning Team
Our cleaning team are a dedicated group of amazing people who come in every Monday morning to make sure that the building is up to the standard it should be so that our church family can enjoy all we have on in the week. If you’d like to get involved with this team then be sure to reach out.

Elijah Project
This is a flexible on-going Christian course to help people break the cycle of destructive patterns in their lives caused by things such as addiction, social phobias, mental health, or relationship problems. This is a journey to freedom. To find out more then be sure to visit our outreach page.
Evangelism Team
Our awesome evangelism team take to the streets each month to reach out in our local community, offer prayer and above all else lead people to Jesus. The Evangelism Team’s biggest aim is to reach Southampton with the message of the Gospel. To get involved then please be sure to reach out.
Flourish Ladies Ministry
Our ladies ministry is dedicated to building up and encouraging women to be all God has called them to be. Food Hub
The Food Hub team set up outside the steps of the Church every Monday night with food and clothes ready to serve to those in need within our city. For more info or to help and make a huge difference within the community by volunteering for this team, please don’t hesitate to reach out or visit our outreach page.
Football Fellowship
‘Football Fellowship’ is a fun opportunity to get together, fellowship, and play football. It doesn’t matter your ability… it’s all about connecting with one another whilst playing the beautiful game. Glow Youth
Glow Youth is on every Friday at 7.30pm and all young people aged 11-16 are welcome. Our primary purpose is to encourage our young people to live a life of passion for God and His people. We also have lots of fun socialising, playing games, eating food and so much more! Click HERE for more info.
Hope
Our calling is to help parents provide clothes and equipment for babies and children. Whether it’s a new-born baby who needs clothes or a child who needs a school uniform, we’ve got you covered! If you need our help, please message us using the methods on the home page or visit our outreach page.
Hub/Coffee Team
Our Hub/Coffee team are dedicated to not only serving teas and coffees before and after our Sunday service, but also by making sure that everybody who walks through our doors feels loved and welcome. To volunteer for this team, please reach out to find out the next steps.
Legacy | 60+ Ministry
‘Legacy’ is our 60+ ministry that’s main aim is to see this generation still pursue and serve the Kingdom of God as well as walk out in their God given callings. We want to create community, where all are supported but also want to be apart of this new move and see a revival among us. Go to our ‘What’s On’ page for dates.
Media Team
Our Media Team run our cameras, projectors and multi-media for every Sunday service. The Media Team are are vital part of every Sunday morning helping practically so that church runs smoothly especially when it comes to our live services. If you’d like to volunteer the please reach out to us.
Midweek Meeting
Our Midweek Meeting is every Tuesday evening in person and online. Everybody is welcome to join as we gather to fellowship, worship, hear a word and pray. This meeting is specifically aimed towards those who want and desire to go deeper. The meeting starts at 7:30pm but please check our ‘What’s On’ page or our social media pages for the latest updates.
Pastoral Care
Whether you need help, prayer or just want to know more about the church, our Pastors are here for you every Friday between 10am-2.30pm. If you’d like to come in or speak over the phone then just reach out to us. They also provide free food if needed so be sure to get in touch or visit our outreach page.
Photography Team
Our Photography Team capture the awesome events and moments we have here at Victory. They take the photos that capture who we are and what we do as a church. The photos they take are seen all over the world on our various social media platforms and in advertising. Reach out to volunteer for this team.
Sound Team
Our Sound Team are a vital part of the running of our Sunday Services here at Victory. They not only mix the sound for our Sunday services and events here at Victory but our live stream mix as well. This takes great skill and discernment. To volunteer for this team then be sure to get in touch.
S&W Bible School
A 10 month Bible School Course that runs every Thursday night during school term times until July, when all students graduate in a special celebration ceremony in the church. If you have any questions or are interested, please click HERE or contact us and we’d be happy to provide more info.
Stewarding Team
Our stewards oversee welcoming people at the door, the seating, the alter calls and are a big factor in making a Sunday run as smoothly as possible. Becoming a steward is a great way to start serving, make new friends and take your walk with God to the next level so get in contact if you’d like to volunteer.
Stronger Men
Our men’s ministry aim to equip and help men in their walk and relationship with God. We meet monthly with a time of worship, fellowship and also have a short encouraging word. Be sure to look out on our ‘What’s On’ page or check out our social media for any upcoming meeting dates.
Student Sessions
Student Sessions is a student life group held every Wednesday at 7pm here at Victory. It’s an awesome opportunity for students to read the word, encounter God and connect with people who are in the same boat as them. We also provide a free home cooked meal for everyone who attends so be sure you don’t miss out.
The Surgery
The Surgery is a women’s mental health support group held on the 1st and 3rd Friday of each month from 12pm – 2pm at Victory Gospel Church. Ran by Vivienne Golding, this ministry offers a community and support. For more info or meeting dates just click HERE or visit our ‘What’s On’ page.
Upper Room Prayer
Every Wednesday at 7.30pm we gather in the Church’s Upper Room to pray. This meeting is for anyone who desires to gather together and seek God through prayer. Every week we meet in person to pray for our church, our city and our nation. We believe prayer changes everything. All welcome… Please check our ‘What’s On’ page for the latest dates.
Victory Business Network
The Victory School of Business is designed to build up, pray for, cover and equip business owners and entrepreneurs as they take on all the challenges that come with starting and running a business. Keep an eye out on our ‘What’s On’ page and social media for upcoming dates.
Victory World Missions
We aim to help and support projects and christian organisations from all over the world including in Africa, India, Philippines, America and more. We also currently support and have 2 ‘Victory’ churches in India and the Philippines. If you want more info on all the work we do worldwide feel free to message us or just click HERE.
Welcome Team
Our welcome team are there to create a sense of community and connection around our services. Their aim is to connect with new people and establish a relationship with them, making it easier for them to find out how they can get involved and feel like family straight away. To volunteer or help then reach out to us.
World Changers Kids
World Changers is for children aged 4-10. Our kids church runs every Sunday morning during the main service. It is designed to encourage and inspire children with the message of Jesus so as they grow older they can begin to pursue a relationship with God that will last forever. Click HERE for more info.
Worship Team
Our worship team is made up of musicians and singers who are passionate about contributing their gifts and talents to lead the church in vibrate praise and heartfelt worship. Worship has been and always will be at the centre of our church community. If you have a skill or gift and would like to volunteer then please reach out.
Young Adult Life Group
‘YA’ is a young adult life group aimed for those between the ages of 18-35. It is designed to build up and encourage young adults and to deal with all the subjects that may not be touched upon within a normal Sunday service. Youth Bible Study
Every Sunday during the main service our young people (11-16 yrs) have their own study/meeting with our youth leaders. The leaders teach relevant and uplifting messages designed to encourage young people to live a life of passion for God and His people. Check out our ‘What’s On’ page for more info.
